P6 for the Pre-final, fastest lap in the Final
It was 39 degrees for qualifying. He went P10, a little down on testing, then gained places in all three heats. That put him P11 in the standings and P6 on the Pre-final grid.
Contact in the Pre-final broke both track rods. He started the Final P17, was up to P9 and had just set the fastest lap when another driver rejoining the track put him off and to the back.
